30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all eBook purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at haismanevangelia87@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your order number
- The email address used for purchase
- The name of the eBook(s) you'd like refunded
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse of our refund policy (e.g., repeated refund requests across multiple purchases). Refunds are limited to one request per product per customer.
Note on Digital Products: Since eBooks are digital files that are immediately downloadable, all refunds are processed as a goodwill gesture under our 30-day guarantee. Refunds do not require you to "return" the file.
